AC BOOKING&PROMOTION is looking for individuals who are extremely motivated, creative & team-oriented. In addition, success in the nightlife industry is also heavily dependant on one's ability to network. AC BOOKING&PROMOTION is seeking those individuals who are able to identify the needs, desires, and trends of the nightlife market and who are then able to develop a product that fulfills the customers demands. You will have the opportunity to work in events-marketing, full service event/corporate planning, promotions, & booking services. A variety of positions are available depending on an applicants age, educational and professional background.

FULL TIME

Nightlife Consultants
Organize, advertise, promote, & execute high-end weekly events at Florence's premier venues

PR Consultants
Individuals who have access to influential agencies including, but not limited to Media, Television, Music, & Modeling Agencies.

Administrative Assistants
Multi-task in AC BOOKING & PROMOTION office, consisting of: email flyer poster design creation & execution, phone calls, conducting interviews, contract drafting, follow up w/ current accounts, brainstorming sessions, etc.

PART TIME

DJ's
Hip-hop, R&B, 80's, house, electronic, latin

Experienced door staff
Security, Bottle host / hostess, guest list person

Street distribution teams
Promote large-scale events through street marketing

INTERNSHIP

AC BOOKING&PROMOTION is looking for young, motivated individuals who are experienced in the nightlife industry. Throughout the year, Florence is overwhelmed by the presence of thousands of young college students, coming from all over the world.
AC BOOKING&PROMOTION is seeking those individuals who are knowledgeable about this fast growing market and who also are interested in learning how to cater to consumers nightlife and entertainment needs and desires. You will learn from start to finish the steps involved in the event planning process, how to market a product to a specific demographic and how to attract desirable crowds to a determined location.

Durante tutto l'anno, Firenze ospita migliaia di studenti provenienti da tutto il mondo. AC BOOKING&PROMOTION e' particolarmente interessata ad offrire possibilita' di internship a quegli studenti che dimostrano di avere i requisiti richiesti. AC BOOKING&PROMOTION cerca in particolare quegli studenti interessati ad apprendere le specifiche tecniche di marketing per la nightlife. Gli interessati impareranno in dettaglio le varie fasi della pianificazione di un evento, come vendere un prodotto a un target specifico di persone e come attirare quel target verso i locali desiderati.
